Gerald M. Cobb: He was served with a Notice of Intent to Discipline on April 4, 2005, by EOIR’s Office of General Counsel for providing ineffective assistance of counsel in a case before the immigration court. The final order of June 2, 2005, imposes a public censure against him.

    1. Meant, in previous comment Jerry Boy is getting what he deserves. What goes around comes back. If you don't know the law, you just dont know it. Don't just take peoples money. Thats what you do.

  2. Stay clear of this wolf in sheeps clothing. I should have taken this creep to court but was under so much stress and he took advantage of that. Situation, conflict of interest. How do you sleep at night. Greedy piece of work. No good will come to you. Mercy is what you need. Shame on you. Only regard you have is for your own personal gain financially.
